Items Corrected: - Buns have been placed in pest proof containers - Items have been relocated up off floors Items to Correct: - New delivery of Buns observed in dry storage but not in bins - ensure staff are taught to place buns in pest proof bins as soon as possible - Milk crates observed in storage unit. All milk crates and pallets are to be removed and replaced with proper shelving units. Milk crates are not acceptable as they do not allow for easy cleaning.
