Introduction
An unscheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). Areas of noncompliance at the time of routine inspection were reviewed today.

Observation: Review of facility records observed that fire drill for the month of December 2018 was not documented.
