Premise is sanitary. Hot and cold water available Dedicated hand washing sink with liquid soap and paper towels. Food protected from contamination. Only limited products for sale. Operator states deli has not been in use very much in the last couple of years. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use. Coolers in use at 4C and below. Chest freezer at -17.8C. Washroom is sanitary with dedicated hand washing sink with paper towels and liquid soap. Food permit posted in kitchen.
