Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front display cooler top shelves are at 3C but ambient of corner bottom shelves are at 9C. There is ice build up in this unit which is preventing proper air flow to the corners of this unit. There is limited inventor in display cooler. 4C and below throughout the unit is required.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure unit can reach 4C and below. A defrost and cleaning is required for this unit. Move food inventory to top colder shelves at 4C and below. Defrosting of this unit required in 2 days.

Only limited products for sale. Operator states deli has not been in use very much in the last couple of years.
200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use.
Coolers in use at 4C and below. Chest freezer at -17.8C.
Washroom is sanitary with dedicated hand washing sink with paper towels and liquid soap.
Food permit posted in kitchen.
