Follow-up inspection conducted: It was apparent that facility had gone through a major cleaning. All droppings have been removed from floors/shelves. Affected areas have been sanitized using bleach. Sticky/snap/live traps have been placed throughout the facility. A pest control technician (Top Line Pest Control) was on site at the time of the inspection. Facility will be singing a contract with this company for a monthly/bi-weekly visit until situation resolves. NOTE: A copy of the pest control report/contract to be emailed to the health inspector. All areas mentioned under Code 306 have been cleaned and now in sanitary condition. Thank you for your hard work! Ensure to keep the facility at this sanitary condition!
