Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CL8UZ7: - Most food items are stored inside the cooler at < or = 4C. - Ensure to place all cold meats inside the prep cooler in inserts. - FOODSAFE training is scheduled for one additional staff in December. Place copies of all FOODSAFE certificates on-site for review by the health inspector. - Sticky traps replaced with new ones. Ensure that pest control inspections are conducted at least once a month. - Replace faucet handles at the main handwash station. - No further actions required.
