Observation: 1. A single use container kept in bulk rice/to dispense food item.
2. A handle of dispense spoon was directly on a food product (front/customer service area).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove the single use container from rice. Use a scoop for the bulk food product.
2. Immediately. The spoon must be kept in a sanitary manner (eg., handle up or away from food).

Note: More work stations created and more staff members on site. Be inform that the space limitation make it difficult to keep up with sanitation & safe food preparation.
Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot/cold running water.
All cooler temperature <= 4.0 C.
Freezer temperature - 18.0 C.
3- compartment sink - satisfactory.
Surface (Bleach) sanitizer - available.
Storage - on the border line with the satisfactory.
Staff washroom supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels.

Recommendation:
1. Please limited preparation to few items per day from your menu.
2. Display cooler must be kept at 4C or below. Please do not turn it off. If it is too much cold - adjust temperature of the cooler.
Note: Keep not potentially hazardous sweets in a display case/or keep food samples in the case and indicate that it is for display only.
Or display small amount of sweets only for 2 hours but a time tracking is required.
