Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
REPEAT VIOLATION:
- Cooked rice rolls in plastic boxes stored in room temperature for sales. Rice rolls were probed between 13.3C to 22C.
- Cut dong-gwa vegetable stored in room temperature.
- Packaged mushrooms (oyster, enoki, king oyster) stored in room temperature.
Corrective Action(s):
- Rice rolls discarded. Operator stated they are made fresh everyday from the supplier located in Vancouver (Victoria Dr.) However the time of delivery and the temperature at the time of delivery cannot be verified due to lack of logs.
- Some mushrooms were delivered today and some mushrooms were taken out from the walk-in cooler for display. Enoki mushroom and king oyster mushroom had signs of discoloration; operator stated they were from the walk-in cooler. These two bulks were discarded. Other mushroom items were moved back to walk-in cooler. Ensure they are displayed in the cooler.
