Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometer
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Hot holding for hot dog, fries, and deep fried chicken products were at least 60C.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
3 compartment sink satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
General sanitation satisfactory.

Note:
Quats concentration was greater than 400ppm. Ensure quats concentration is between 200 to 400ppm.
