Routine inspection conducted:
Coolers measured at 4C or less.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Toppings (4 hours) and teas (3 hours) are time tracked.
QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
3 compartment sinks fully equipped for manual dishwashing.
All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place.
Customer washroom did not have any paper towels at this time. Staff replenished at this time.
