Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in Meat Department not in use- plugs stored in sink with labelling machine blocking the access. Staff had advised the handwash station available in seafood department is often in use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the handwash station available in the Meat Department is accessible for staff to wash hands whenever necessary. Do not block the access nor place other items in this sink, as this is the only approved handwash station for this department.

-Mostly repackaging of meat, no major processing.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.

Seafood Department
-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-200ppm QUAT available in a labelled spray bottle and at the automated dispenser for manual dishwashing.
-Ice machine for fish display cooler maintained in sanitary condition.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-No concerns observed from this area.

Bakery
