Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen refrigerator #1 had an ambient temperature of 9 C and # 2 had an ambient temperature of 11 C. Both refrigerators were new, but were adjusted to the warmest setting.
Corrective Action(s): Both refrigerators were adjusted to the coldest setting and were < 4 C afterwards. Ensure that they are checked daily.

Comments

A new paper towel dispenser was installed next to the kitchen hand washing sink.
All other coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Temperature records were up to date.
Hand sink is supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests, traps are in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
