Summary of Inspection
During today’s inspection, 7 children, and the licensee were present.
During the inspection there were no contraventions identified, therefore further action in response to the report is required.
The following was discussed:
-Discussed the repainting and repair of one wall were tape had torn the paint off one wall. Licensee stated it had been patched and would be painted. Posters covered the surfaces until the painting would be completed.
-Reviewed the requirements for a medical consent form and administering medication.
-Discussed documentation of items in daily log book, and documentation of the outdoor play area.
