Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C; freezers -20C; thermometers present; and temperatures checked daily and recorded.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and 6" off the floor on shelves.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Coving installed and secured to the base of all walls; light bulbs found in protective light tubes; and all leaking pipes and faucets have been repaired. All past violations have been corrected.
- FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff present. BE AWARE, any certificate obtained prior to 2015 or those that no NOT have an expiration date on them, will expire in JULY 2018. Go to www.foodsafe.ca to register for the refresher course.
