A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C; freezers -20C; thermometers present; and temperatures checked daily and recorded. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and 6" off the floor on shelves. - No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Coving installed and secured to the base of all walls; light bulbs found in protective light tubes; and all leaking pipes and faucets have been repaired. All past violations have been corrected. - FoodSafe Level 1 certified staff present. BE AWARE, any certificate obtained prior to 2015 or those that no NOT have an expiration date on them, will expire in JULY 2018.
