Routine health inspection. Prepackaged food only, no sampling. Two retail area upright freezers and back of store chest freezer at -18 degrees C or less. Temperature logs available. Dry food storage satisfactory. Canned foods appear in good condition and nutritional supplements are within expiry (random sample checked for both). No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Premises is serviced by a pest control technician on a routine basis. Note: Hand sink is available in the back area and is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
