Inspection following premise renovation. Premise has been constructed as per approved floor plan. Handwashing facilities available at front service area and back storage room. Icecream display freezer -10 C, new dipper well functional. Front, left chest freezer -10 C, accessible through counter top lift out inserts. Dishwashing station set-up as per floor plan - ensure adjacent counter top is kept clear to allow placement of dishwashing drying rack. Storage rooms: chest freezer -14 C, double chest freezers left -18 C, right -15 C Additional storage shelving installed in storage room to allow all inventory to be stored 6" inches off the floor. Premise approved to resume operation. Ensure all food utensils and food contact surfaces have been sanitized prior to commencing foodhandling.
