Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine residual in the dishwasher and therefore, dishes are not properly sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Use only single-use plates, cups, cutleries for patrons. All other containers (e.g. pots and pans, ladels, etc.) used for preparing food are to be manually washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried. Re-inspection of the dishwasher required once it is serviced. Approval required to switch back to using ceramic dishes and other re-usable items for patrons.

Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer was replaced with a new sanitizer container. However, no chlorine sanitizer is detected.
This equipment requires servicing to ensure it is in good working order.

Permit posted with valid health permit in plain public view.
Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2-compartment sink and dishwasher set up
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 deg C.
Freezers were at -18 deg C.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (in spray bottle).
- Ensure all wiping cloths are stored in sanitizing solution
All food and food-related items are stored in the cupboards.
Note: There is a downstairs food storage area that is locked and accessed by staff only.
Ant traps noted in the back area leading to downstairs. Ensure there is pest control monitoring for the premises for other pests such as rodents, etc.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Menu is simple - mostly baked goods, soups and now perogies with sausage.
Kitchen staff (4) - ensure to have valid Food Safe 1 certification.
