Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mandolin and washed container was found to have food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Equipment was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -12C.
-Prep coolers (three) were at 4C (top and bottom).
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Bar glasswasher was not functioning at the time of inspection. Bar has not been used since dine-in services ceased.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until march 07, 2024.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required at this time doe to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

COVID-19 Precautions:
-Facility will resume dine-in services tomorrow. Provided a copy of the Provincial Health Officer's Order regarding dine-in requirements. Ensure all requirements of the Order are followed.
-Facility has developed a COVID-19 safety plan. Safety plan must be posted online and on the facility.
-Tables have been spaced to provide a physical distance of 2m between tables with different parties.
-Customers waiting for pickup orders in the facility must also be spaced 2m apart from one another.
-Quats based disinfectant (Ultra Q128) will be used to disinfect high tough points after each use.
