Follow-up inspection. Per discussion with operator's representative (and verified by the property manager), premise will close permanently by the end of August 2020. Per discussion with operator's representative, operator may continue to use the rear delivery area for the purposes of their preparation for store closure (i.e. moving equipment and cleaning) as long as this area is kept clean and free of pests. At time of inspection, there were a smaller amount of used cardboard boxes next to the dumpster and a few flies. Store was not open to the public and the 3 lone staff were in the process of preparing meat thus the boxes that were stacked next to the dumpster. Informed the staff to make sure the cardboard is discarded into the dumpster.
