Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink at the back was completley blocked with empty inserts and handsink at the front is blocked with a container and knives

- All coolers - walk-in, undercounter storage, drinks cooler and sandwich prep cooler is less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is maintained at temperature greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution at the three compartment sink and in spray bottles is measured at greater than 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: Large amount of fresh delivery was observed in the kitchen. Ensure that all items are kept away and empty boxes are discarded. Store all items that require refrigeration first and then put away shelf stable products
