Follow-up inspection
Low temperature dishwasher has been serviced and registering 200 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Ensure strength of sanitizer solution is tested frequently.
Dishes no longer need to be sanitized manually.
Surface sanitizer in spray bottle registered at 200 ppm chlorine. Operator no longer using Quats or an automatic dispenser.
Bottles were labelled at the time of inspection.
A copy of report to be emailed to the Operator.
