Temperatures:
Walk-in cooler: 0.9°C
Walk-in freezer: -20.8°C
Kimchi fridge: discontinued use. May start again upon client request.

1 door upright cooler (servery): 4.0°C
5 compartment hot holding unit (servery): 81.3°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Please have a garbage receptacle near handwashing stations.
Mechanical dishwasher sanitizer residual measured 100ppm
QUATs spray bottles measured 200ppm
Bleach sanitizer in pails measured 100ppm
Ice machine, table mounted can opener, meat slicer observed to be in sanitary condition at time of inspection.
Range hood filters recommended for cleaning. Staff stated filters are cleaned every 2 weeks.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection; pest control company inspects every 2 weeks.
