Follow up inspection: -Rodent droppings were removed from affected areas. -Pest control service was provided by Citiwide pest control on February 19, 2020. -All traps were re-serviced, 4 new mechanical traps were installed, and two caught rodents were removed from the traps. -Pest control reports dated (February 3, 2020, January 17, 2020, January 2, 2020, December 24, 2019, December 10, 2019, and November 29, 2019) were available on-site. -Ceiling tiles were re-aligned. Partly broken ceiling tiles were replaced with new ceiling tiles. Make sure staff keep up with regular cleaning and sanitizing and monitoring of new signs of pest activity. Keep up with the pest control program and with sealing up entry points. Recommended: Try to declutter the food store back area as much as possible by removing extra items from the premises.
