Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CDASPN: - Most food items stored covered with plastic wraps or lids inside coolers/freezers. - No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A third party pest control inspection report available. Pest control company inspected the facility. Continue with monthly pest control inspections and keep records on site. - General sanitation has improved. Continue with monthly deep cleaning schedule to clean hard to reach areas (ie ceiling, underneath sinks, behind shelving racks). - Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units. Continue with daily temperature log for all coolers and freezers. - No cooked rice noodles stored at room temperature. - Ice scoop stored outside the machine, in designated bin.
