Routine inspection: Hand sink in processing area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Grain is received pre-milled at this time and stored in secondary storage warehouse along with finished product. Future operations to mill own grains. Dust containment system installation pending. All items stored off the floor on pallets in the secondary storage warehouse. Pest control services now in place for both the processing warehouse and storage warehouse. Grain is made into mash, fermented, distilled, then blending with UV/RO/carbon filter treated water. Equipment cleaned and sanitized with caustic chemical agents. Note: sampling offered using disposable single use cups. Tasting area and front reception area washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
