Follow up Inspection - freezer gasket changed - paper towel dispenser functional. Restocked during the inspection - According to the manager the areas in between the equipment was cleaned. pictures provided. Increase the frequency of cleaning these areas. - Move the shelf with clean dishes / utensils away from the dirty glass and dish rack. Cardboard is not adequate separation. - exhaust bulbs are on order. Conformation will be emailed. - new hand wash station work order conformation emailed during the inspection.
