Observation: Inside of ice machine requires cleaning. Picture taken at this time.

Observation: Food contact surface sanitizer not available at the time of the inspection. Bleach available.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 200ppm chlorine solution available for use at all times. Have all food contact surfaces sanitized prior to initiating food prep in the morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation.

Observation: Handwash station available by the back prep area was missing liquid soap and paper towels and blocked by personal items (i.e. double stroller). Picture taken at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station available in the main prep area adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding not in use at this time.
- Professional pest control company contracted by the mall management.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.

NOTE: Spoke with the operator on phone at the end of the inspection. As per the operator, facility is not in operation due to an urgent personal matter. Inspection report and pictures taken at this time to be emailed to the operator as per request.
