Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers below -18 C. handwash station in kitchen ok. stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher at 77 C at plate. Sanitizer at main feed approximately 200 ppm. In spray bottle a little less - 150 to 200 ppm. Changed daily. Temp logs maintained. Food off floor in storage room. Insulated cooler packs pretty clean (used for shuttling food to other facilities) Cambro holders in kitchen pretty clean. No issues noted.
