Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JTUG-CJ9TQL of Sep-14-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: There is no hot water available at the hand wash station located across the 3 compartment sink. When the cold water faucet was turned on, water was leaking from the pipes. Correction: Ensure there is hot running water available to facilitate proper hand washing practices. Contact maintenance to repair the hot water faucet and repair the leaky pipe. A pooling of water on the floor can attract pests. Operator said maintenance is arriving tonight or tomorrow morning to repair the leaky pipe and hot water faucet. **Date to be corrected by: ASAP**

Follow-up inspection conducted for Report JTUG-CJ9TQL - Hot and cold running water is available at the hand wash station across the 3 compartment sink. Water pipe has been replaced. No water observed dripping from the pipes onto the floors - Hot holding unit has not been repaired. Mechanical parts have been ordered, and is scheduled to arrive on September 22, 2022 Another follow-up inspection to be conducted to ensure that the hot holding unit is repaired and functioning at 60C and above
