Routine inspection conducted due to facility's menu/operational changes.

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C
- BBQ stand operating above 60'C.
- Food storage practice satisfactory.
- Sanitation level satisfactory. Pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

Facility is approved to prepare/package sushi menu with conditions listed below:
- Back kitchen to be used for BBQ meat production only.
- All sushi menu to be prepared/packaged in the designated sushi room.
- All dishwashing (BBQ/sushi) to be done using 3 compartment sink in the back kitchen. This sink must NOT be used for food prep.
- Handwashing sink available in back kitchen must be used for handwashing purposes ONLY.
- Hot holding used to hold hot food must NOT be in use.
- Facility must NOT prepare/serve hot food with the exception of BBQ meat/rice menu.

Failure to comply with any conditions listed above will result in menu change and/or enforcement action i.e. issuance of correction order/violation ticket(s).
