Observation: 1. Containers of food stored on floor during preparation and cooling in walk in cooler. The floor is considered contamianted.
2. One washroom is used for equipment store and boxes of pop is stored in there. Washrooms are contaminated and cannot be used to store food, food equipment or food items.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to store all food products and food containers at least 15 cm off the floor or on shelving.
2. Do not store food or products used for food in washroom storage.

Observation: Cleaning needed in walk in cooler for general spills and dust build up around cooler fans. Dust and food debris observed on fan and on shelving.
