Routine inspection:

Note: small quantities of cut vegetables, noodles, and cooked beef/chicken, and wonton observed stored on the counter in preparation for lunch rush. Reminder to only bring out small quantities and any leftovers after 2 hours must be discarded.

Hand sinks (kitchen and servery) provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 74 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -17 degrees C.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
