2. White cooler close to the grill ambient air temperature measured at 8C, sauce probed at 6C
Corrective Action(s): 1. -Cartons of cream discarded
-Cakes are moved to a different working cooler
2. Cooler was adjusted and ambient temperature dropped to 4C and below

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -No sanitizer at the begining of the inspection
-Mr Green cleaner was used for the servery area
Corrective Action(s): -Sanitizer must always be available during food preparation, operator mixed bleach sanitizer when instructed. Chlorine at 200ppm
-Mr Green is not an approved sanitizer for food contact surfaces

-Bottled drinks and spices observed stored outside without pest proof containers
Corrective Action(s): -All take out containers in the shed must be thrown away.
-All noted areas must be cleaned
-All equipment in that cabinet must be cleaned and sanitized before use
-Please clean and sanitize the ice machine
-Please move all bottle drinks and spices inside or into pest proof containers
