All food stored off the ground. Cleaning has been improved in the back. Bleach sanitizer is at 100ppm in labelled spray bottle. Scoops for bulk food are stored with handle exposed not in food. Back door was closed at time of inspection. Display cooler was serviced Sept 1 (copy of cheque onsite) and is reading at 2C at time of inspection. Please remember to monitor coolers to ensure they are operating at <4C/40F.
