Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink were without liquid soap. Station is obstructed with rubber matts and mob/broom. Liquid soap was supplied at the time of inspection. Matts were removed and unobstructed access to handwashing stations are provided.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Please ensure hand sinks are not obstructed for the ease of hand washing.
- QUAT sanitizer 200 ppm measure at dishwashing stations as well as sanitizer spray bottles
- Commercial mechanical dish washer is not used at the time. Dishware washing maintained in three-compartment sink.
- Walk-in cooler is at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer is at or below -18C
- baking equipment cleaning maintained
- Display coolers at front are at or below 4C
No obvious sign of pest at this date.
