Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station next to walk-in cooler was obstructed with cleaning equipment and trunk freezer which blocked the ability to use said handwash station. Staff member cleared the sink for easy access.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwash stations are free of any obstruction to allow for adequate hand washing

Observation: Food in the walk-in cooler is not covered. Items such as:
1) curries in buckets
2) Storage rack with food trays

Raw meat in the walk-in cooler is stored above cooked items
Corrective Action(s): Cover and organize food items in a manner that avoids potential contamination.

Observation: Repeat Violation:
Pest droppings observed in the back storage area and along perimeter of back of the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the pest droppings using 1000ppm bleach solution. Avoid vacuuming to not aerosolized droppings and dust.

Observation: Back screen door has visible gaps and screen is ripped, which may allow entry of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/Replace the back screen door to ensure there is minimal chance of pest entrance. In the time being, keep the back door closed to keep pests out.

1) Area under stove/fryer area has build-up of grease and food debris
2) Dry storage area has areas where flour and dry food spillage
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas. Increase frequency of cleaning these areas to avoid build-up of food debris.
