Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Individually packaged dairy products for coffee stored at room temperature. Internal temperatures reading ~16.1'C. All discarded at this time. Containers filled with new products with ice at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store small amount of these products in each container and replenish ice as often as necessary throughout operation.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures all within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures all within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers available in each unit.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-Food processing room satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
-General food storage practice very good.
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

NOTE: Metal utensils (i.e. pizza cutters/knives) stored in 200ppm QUAT at front servery area at this time. Manager had advised utensils are washed/sanitized/air dried in the back room but during operation, are washed and stored in this container filled with sanitizer and air dried in the adjacent container. New clean utensils available in different containers at this time. OK. Ensure these utensils stored in sanitizer are never used before properly air dried.
