-All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels - All refrigeration units and freezers temp are satisfactory, - thermometer available - hot holding unit for soup and mac & cheese >60 oC - QUATS sanitizer bucket and spray bottles properly labelled and tested to contain 200ppm QUATS. - 2 compartment sink with Quats sanitizer available. - High temperature dishwasher tested at >/=71C - Food items are all being stored in food grade containers with proper labeling - Employee with food safe certification present on-site and permit posted. - Ice machine is maintained properly -General Sanitation is satisfactory. -No sign of pests noted at time of visit.
