Follow-up inspection conducted. All previous requirements from report #JMAA-BG5VJH from Sep 18, 2019 were met. The following was noted at time of inspection: Area in cook line generally in good sanitary condition Unused dishes under chafing dishes were discarded Area next to walk-in cooler has had a fresh coat of paint and is maintained in very good sanitary condition Areas underneath the walk-in cooler have been caulked Hole underneath the dishwasher has been patched with tiling Wooden drying racks above the plumbing fixtures have been removed and discarded, replaced with new drying racks - excellent Stainless steel racks (newly installed) are in excellent sanitary condition Bar area: Existing bar countertop (originally in poor structural condition) has been discarded and replaced with a fabricated 18-gauge stainless steel panel No signs of recent, visible pest activity at time of inspection Thank you for your co-operation in maintaining this premise in good sanitary condition.
