Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - buckets and spray bottle. Walk-in cooler registered at or below 4 deg C. Line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Hot holding for gravy was above 60 deg C. Hot foods in the display holding have timer for 30 to 45 minutes. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. Staff hygiene - clean aprons and hair nets/ hair restraint. Pest control in place. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. Note: Keep mop bucket clean by emptying dirty water when done.
