- Follow-up inspection.
- Drawer coolers measured 4C or colder.
- All food stored properly covered/protected from contamination.
- Garbage bags are no longer being used to line dry ingredient storage bins.
- Quats sanitizer spray bottles are now being changed daily (at the start of each day). Quat test strips available for monitoring.
- Ventilation canopy filters have been cleaned.
- Deep cleaning in all areas has been completed. Please continue with cleaning efforts on a weekly basis.
- Can opener and vegetable dicer were clean.
