Comments

Make sure all user groups keep all food items in insect and rodent proof containers.
Monitor dishwasher cycles, dishware is still wet when cycle is complete. Make sure dishware is fully immersed in 100 ppm bleach for a minimum of two minutes and air dried before next use.
Note: to make a 100 ppm concentration of bleach use 2 tablespoons of household (4.25%) bleach per gallon of water.
(These measurements are for the use of household bleach only, if using concentrated bleach a very small quantity is needed and must be monitored using proper test strips.)
