Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - 200ppm Quats available in buckets throughout. - Low temperature achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse. - Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner. - Front servery satisfactory. Dipper well in use for scoops. - Professional pest control company contracted. No evidence of pest activity observed.
