Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No quats sanitizer detected in sanitizer spray bottle in pizza prep area.
Corrective Action(s): Refill sanitizer bottle immediately. 200 ppm Quats required.
*test quats sanitizer each time it is dispensed into spray bottles to ensure that 200 ppm is dispensed.

Note: Hand sanitizer noted at handsinks. Discussed with operator - ensure staff do not replace handwashing with hand sanitizer. Review handwashing practices with staff. Hand sanitizer should not be used in food handling settings.
