Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot holding of soup as at 48C.
Corrective Action(s): Hot potentially hazardous foods must be stored at or above 60C to prevent the growth of pathogen and or the formation of toxins. Operator voluntarily discarded the soup at the time of inspection. Ensure hot holding unit is set sufficiently high to maintain hot foods at or above 60C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two knives were stored between prep tables.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the practices of storing utensils between tables - this area cannot be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Knives were removed and washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen handwash station did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop was stored inside ingredient container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoop is stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Scoop was removed from the food container at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Replace labels as needed. Container was labelled at the time of inspection.

-Kitchen prep coolers were at 4C (top and bottom).
-Kitchen under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-Front area prep cooler was at 4C.
-Service area cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen upright freezer was at -16C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility has minor pest activity. Continue to monitor for activity and clean and sanitize affected areas on a daily basis. Contact pest control services if needed.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 03, 2023.
