- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot holding units > or = 60C
- Thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's contact level during the final rinse cycle.
- Glasswasher dispensed 12.5 iodine concentration. Ensure to regularly monitor the sanitizer concentration using appropriate test strips.
- Surface sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer solution frequently and place throughout the facility.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Most items are at min 6inches(15cm) off the floor to facilitate in cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator has a private pest control company that implements pest management system.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
