Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer bottle at time of inspection. Several wiping rags being used in the kitchen without sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the sanitizer solution is readily available at all workstations. The chlorine bleach/water solutions must be prepared daily to ensure that the chlorine concentration is sufficient.
*Also obtain additional spray bottles so that sanitizer is conveniently available at all areas of the food premises.
