Comments

- Hand-sinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in buckets
- High temp dishwasher achieved 75C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Consistent recordkeeping is in place
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- Foods are well labelled and stored in a manner that prevents cross-contamination in the walk-in cooler
- Dry storage room is well maintained (foods stored off of floor or stored in pest-proof containers)
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection

ATTENTION:
- Ensure that dairy creamers are stored in ice bath, sufficiently submerged to maintain 4C at all times. Constant monitoring is required to change ice bath. Do not store too many creamers by the coffee stand. Replenish as needed.
- Observed a container of salad dressing that has past its best before date (Feb 2018) in the walk-in cooler. Monitor for expiration dates on a regular basis.
- Drawers where utensils are stored require cleaning.
