Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory.
-100-200ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle and in dishwashing sink.
-Time monitoring system in place for the following items: cooked sun-dae in warmer, kimbab, lunch box, noodles and fried chickens.
NOTE: All food items made on site could be displayed for sale for upto 4 hours. However, food items prepared at/delivered from Coquitlam location must be displayed for sale upto 2 hours only. Change stickers.
-Staff Foodsafe Level 1 certified.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-General organization of food satisfactory but could be improved.
-General sanitation satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
