Corrective Action(s): Keep scoops in a container. Wash and sanitize both the scoops and container at the end of each day.

Observation: Exterior of saran wrap unit in meat department observed with old product splattered on the exterior
Top side of sandwich prep cooler in the deli observed with food splatter build up.
Old crusty material observed on glass sliding doors at the meat department display cooler
Food spillage observed at the hot wrap saran wrap unit

Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize meat dept saran wrap unit daily.
Clean top back side of sandwich cooler. Remove the lid to allow ease of cleaning
Thoroughly clean the glass sliding doors as discusssed. Ensure staff are shown how to properly clean them.
Clean hot wrap saran wrap unit. Ensure it is cleaned on a regular basis as discussed.

Observation: Dispensing mechanism for Quat in the meat department is not allowing the water to be dispensed at 75F. Quat concentration cannot be accurately tested if dispensed hot.

***Deli department mixes quat manually. Ensure 75F water is used when mixing quat to ensure accurate testing of the concentration.
