-Handwashing sink contains hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-3 compartment sink is available and equipped.
-Bleach bucket measured 100ppm. Purchase test strips to ensure proper concentrations are obtained.
-Coolers measured 4C or less: 2 display coolers and back sliding door cooler
-2 chest freezer measured -16.4C
-Hot holding of rice above 60C
-Hot holding of meats above 70C
-Display hot holding unit for samosa and spring roll measured 60.4C
-General sanitation is adequate
-No signs of pest activity during inspection
-Food is covered in coolers
-Note: one staff has expired food safe certificate, but another staff has valid food safe until 2023. Ensure at least 1 staff member on site has a valid food safe certificate at all times.
